 Guarantees, warranties and other things you should know...

EQUIMENT WARRANTY: Your total satisfaction is our top priority. We will warranty equipment in direct accordance with the manufacturer"s warranty. All adjustments and/or part replacements will be FREE of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of installation or purchase on any new equipment. After this 90 day period. C.B. Sullivan Company will replace manufacturer"s warranty parts at no charge for the part. Customer will, however, be responsible for a service call fee. There is no warranty on used furniture and equipment.

SERVICE CALL FEES: Should you require a service call from C.B. Sullivan Company, the following fee schedule applies. These fees are subject to change. Please contact us with questions you may have:

There will be a minimum charge of $70 for any service call
Service calls within a 10 mile radius of C.B. Sullivan Store: $70/hour minimum charge
Service calls from 10.1 to 30 mile radius of C.B. Sullivan Store: $120/hour minimum charge
Service calls requiring travel beyond a 30 mile radius of C.B. Sullivan Store: Please call for rate
The second hour-on is $65/hour per service technician

C.B. Sullivan Company cannot perform electrical or plumbing work. This work must be done by a licensed electrician or licensed plumber, per manufacturer"s requirements.
