• Orders under $300 must pay actual shipping cost.

• Small items are shipped via UPS or Federal Express, Larger items are shipped via commercial trucking companies.
• Large items require assistance to bring them into your home or salon. The truck driver is only responsible for taking your merchandise off of his truck.
• Fully inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt. An informative explanation of receiving a shipment by commercial truck is located here.
• In the case of visible damage, refuse to accept the shipment. If your shipment contains mirrors and you hear a rattling sound when the box(es) are being unloaded, there may be breakage. Insist that the driver give you the opportunity to investigate before you accept the shipment.
• Damage in shipment is handled through the trucking company that delivered your merchandise. If you cannot reach a satisfactory settlement with the trucking company, call our office at 1-866-898-5200 and we will do our best to assist you.
• Do not throw away any packing material until you have inspected all items thoroughly.
